My overall experience with the staff at 'AVIATORGEAR' was very good. I have no complaints. However, I did feel that the detail on my aircraft did not completely meet my expectations. The model is very nice but, there was several iterations that had to be done on the model to get it to a point that was acceptable - and it still was not 100%.
With each change, I was feeling like the builders were getting tired of working on the model. The final iteration was close enough and I accepted it for completion as it had been several months from my original order date. I did notice that there was, what appeared to be a broken part but, I thought that they would catch it prior to delivery. Sadly, when I received my model, the part was broken and it appears that it was left that way during final cleanup.
I have ordered several models from various companies in the past. This company by far is better than most. Obviously, these models are not made in the USA so, there is a huge communication error. I sent pictures with each iteration and many of them were duplicates making me wonder if they were looked at them completely during the fabrication of the model.
I can recommend this company because the staff is willing to work with you and listen to your issues. Be patient and be willing to send more pictures and explain things in a different manner each time. I believe that you will get a model that you will be happy to show and display.
