The patch should be converted to a rectangular shape at 2.25" tall and 4" wide.
Yes, we can use Khaki color. We use Khaki color PMS 452
No, we will not replicate the camouflage pattern on the background of the patch. Our patches are embroidered and we do not offer the camo canvas background.
While the Bagby Green color may look different on the artwork we assure you that we are using PMS 399 thread color on the patch . (We can provide a sample of our actual NWU patch so you can see the actual threads we have for NWU types.)
No, we do not offer rush / expedite orders at this time. We follow a very rigid timeline. Most orders can be completed and shipped in less than 6 weeks.

It is not mandatory to use all of the colors. However, most of the time three colors are being used (Bagby Green, Olive Drab and Black).
No, we are not allowed to use other colors. We follow official rules and guidelines for all of our patches.
