We have a variety of cap designs, including trucker caps, mesh caps, racing caps, golf caps and more! You can choose between unstructured and lightly structured designs for a flatter, looser fit, or heavy structured designs for a more polished and crisp look.

We use brushed cotton twill and microfiber fabrics for our hats. Performance fabrics are also available.

What’s the setup charge?

100% embroidered means that the surface of your cap will be stitched with colored thread.

We offer 14 embroidery locations with 12,000 anywhere stitches. On the front, you can have a medium to small design full center, off center, or a small design along the edge. The side placements are typically around the headband area on either side, or on both sides. The back of the hat can be embroidered above the opening or on the lower band area of fitted and flex fit styles.

The minimum order quantity is 72 caps.

Once your cap is complete, we will email multiple post-production digital photos for your final approval prior to shipping. This allows you to see the finished product to ensure that we got everything just right.
